FLEECEmax BottomUp

All this can easily be handled with the fully automatic FLEECEmax BottomUp

The Fleecemax 2500 is applying the fleece botton-up before the rollforming process. We cut the fleece automatically on the whished lenght with the „hot wire tecnology“. We implement the Fleecemax on all rollforming lines up to 80mt/sec also with high acc/dec. Rates (1,5/3 sec. from start to Stopp).

• No static loads from the protection foil
• Easy change of the fleece roll without taking out the metalsheet from the guide lines
• Fleeceroll diameter up to 1.000mm
