The FleeceMax technology allows a simple and highly efficient application of the anti-condensation fleece to non-insulated roof profiles. The big advantage of the applied fleece is the fact that the formation of condensation on the underside of the roof can be stopped. With FleeceMax technology, it is also possible during the production process to apply the fleece to the sheet both from above and below, and to apply a free gap either to the leading edge of the profile or to the trailing edge of the profile, whereby variable gap widths are possible. The Fleecemax 3000 also guarantees 100% productivity and unrivaled roll forming speed with the “flying” fleece cutting technology.

All this can easily be handled with the fully automatic FLEECEmax TopDown
We cut the fleece automatically on the whished lenght with the „hot wire tecnology“. We implement the Fleecemax on all rollforming lines up to 80mt/sec also with high acc/dec. Rates (1,5/3 sec. from start to Stopp).
- No static loads from the protection foil
- Easy change of the fleece roll without taking out the metalsheet from the guide lines
- Fleeceroll diameter up to 1.000mm
FLEECEmax BottomUp – Fleece application and cutting offsets from underneath
All this can easily be handled with the fully automatic FLEECEmax BottomUp
The Fleecemax 2500 is applying the fleece botton-up before the rollforming process. We cut the fleece automatically on the whished lenght with the „hot wire tecnology“. We implement the Fleecemax on all rollforming lines up to 80mt/sec also with high acc/dec. Rates (1,5/3 sec. from start to Stopp).

FLEECEmax OnTheFly – Fleece application and cutting offsets WITHOUT any stop of production
All this can easily be handled with the FLEECEmax OnTheFly working from underneath
The Fleecemax 3000 is applying the fleece „on the fly“ before the rollforming process. We cut the fleece automatically on the whished lenght with the „hot wire tecnology“. We implement the Fleecemax on all rollforming lines up to 80mt/sec also with high acc/dec. Rates.
The fleece is applyed and cutted without interruption during the rollforming process!
