With the help of FLEECEmax technology, a simple and highly efficient application of the anti-condensation fleece on non-insulated roof profiles is made possible. The great advantage of the applied fleece is the fact that the condensation on the underside of the roof can be stopped. With the FLEECEmax technology it is also possible to apply the fleece, both from the top and from the bottom, on the sheet during the production process and to apply a free gap, either on the front edge of the profile or on the rear edge of the profile, with the possibility of variable gap widths. With the FLEECEmax 3000, the “flying” fleece cutting technology guarantees 100% productivity retention and unimpaired roll forming speed.
