Our mechanical processing includes the machining of heavy machine components for turning, milling and drilling on CNC-controlled machine tools.<\/p>\n

Components with a diameter of 1 m to 4.5 m are turned precisely and efficiently in order to achieve the required tolerances and surface qualities.<\/p>\n

Milling and drilling: We process workpieces precisely and can produce complex contours and shapes. We use our CNC-controlled milling and drilling machines to mill and drill parts from a variety of materials and geometries. We are proud to meet the demands of our customers.<\/p>\n

Our drilling machines enable us to machine large workpieces with travel distances of up to 3.5 m x 2.5 m x 1.5 m and a weight of up to 12,000 kg. We drill precisely and accurately to ensure that the workpieces meet the required specifications.<\/p>\n

Our advanced measuring technology enables us to check the accuracy of our machined parts. With 3D-measured actual dimension reports, we ensure that the workpieces precisely meet the required tolerances and dimensions.<\/p>\n
