We, KMF Maschinenfabriken GmbH and its employees* transmit data – including personal data pursuant to the DSG [Data Protection Act of] 2018 – to third parties only if that is legally prescribed for processing and settlement purposes or for other purposes if that is necessary to comply with our contractual obligations and to recipients from whom we received the data (e.g. AMS (the public employment service of Austria), job applicants, job platforms, etc.).
We justify our legitimate interests for processing your data pursuant to point f of Art. 6(1) of the GDPR based on recital 47 of the GDPR (in the context of our existing relationship) and we process data, for this reason, only to the extent which you may expect during data collection.
We do not intent to transfer the data to any third countries or international organisations.
You as a natural and/or legal person have a right of access, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object. You may withdraw your consent, at any time, where such withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. KMF Maschinenfabriken GmbH’s personal controller as defined in the DSG shall be the management.
